Partly Cloudy is a Beautiful Weather App for the iPhone

Partly Cloudy is a little app that has been on the app store for a little while. The app uses a clock-like interface to deliver the forecast in an intuitive, beautifully designed way. Let me explain.

The interface looks like a clock. There is a hand that points to the current time, and you can move it to point to any time. There are colors all the way around the circle, visualizing the temperature. For those of you who aren’t infographic fans, you can see the time and temperature printed above the clock interface.

As far as the weather forecasting goes, it does a pretty good job. You can see 12 hour, 24 hour, and 7 day forecasts. Check out the screenshots below and let me know what you think of the app below in the comments!
